I have never ordered labels before, so wasn't certain what I was getting. That you gave an 'all-in' overall price for a minimum order (including VAT and delivery) was a great help and indeed is becoming unusual as endless hidden extras are often applied( like flying Ryanair!!!). The other option is that the more I asked for or realised I wanted the higher the price would get- which didn't happen. The labels arrived by courier (when they were expected) and the packaging was good. As you did some design work- I thought the overall deal was good value.
