Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days if ordered before 2pm.

The delivery of custom labels is dependent on the specifications of the job. Please take into account the time required to produce artwork, proofing, approval and production time. The custom label projects are normally completed within 4 to 5 workings days after any artwork has been approved.

In some cases, production of custom labels can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of this happening, we will contact you with a revised completion date. At this point you have the option of continuing with the order or cancelling the order, to receive a full refund.

AA Labels offer free delivery to the UK Mainland if you buy 2 products or more. The delivery charges are £4.95 for 1 product.

No, sorry, we do not supply our products outside the UK (Mainland and offshore).

Yes. AA Labels offer Saturday delivery. But we are charged extra by our courier company, so unfortunately we have to charge £20 extra for deliveries on Saturday.

You are welcome to pick up your labels in person from our office at AA Labels Boongate, Peterborough, Cambs, PE1 5PW, United Kingdom. Our office timings are 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday. Please call 01733 588 390 to schedule your pick up order.
